Work

Work you can inspect, with its status stated.

Two kinds of entry appear here and they are never mixed: illustrative samples built on fictional products, which show how we think, and client cases, which appear only when the client has approved every word.

Client cases

None published yet.

As of October 2026

No client case is published. Client work appears here only after the client has read and approved every word, and approval takes time. If you would like references before engaging, ask in the first conversation.

Recent work includes category definition for a humanoid robotics company. The company later raised an oversubscribed pre-seed round; many things preceded that, and we do not present it as a result of our work. It is not named until the client approves a published case.

The standard

What has to be true before anything appears here.

For client cases

  • The client has read and approved it, every word, before publication.
  • Every figure can be checked against something that is not us.
  • Causation is not implied by sequence. A funding round or a contract that followed the work is not presented as its result.
  • The limits are on the page, including the parts of the outcome that had nothing to do with us.

For illustrative samples

  • The product and company are fictional, and the page says so where a reader starts.
  • No results, customer quotes, model outputs or before-and-after scores are invented.
  • The sample shows reasoning and artefacts, not experience deploying the product it describes.
  • It is never relabelled as a client case.

Why bother

A case study written to these rules is less impressive and more useful. Anyone can assert a result; the point of this page is that you can check what we show you, and see clearly what we are not showing.

See it applied to your product.

Twenty minutes on your product, your buyer and the decision in front of you. If the sprint fits, we scope it.
